Kabelo Motsamai, stage name Prince Kaybee, is a renowned thirty-year-old Producer and DJ from the Free State, known for churning out hits since his arrival onto the music scene. The past two years have been a whirlwind of chart-topping singles, awards and secured endorsements for the artist, where Club Controller and Banomoya ruled in 2018 followed by Fetch Your Life and Gugulethu in 2019 resulting in Kaybee receiving international recognition. He was nominated for the Best African Act at the 2019 MTV Europe Music Awards in addition to his several wins at home.

Prince Kaybee is also a businessman and founder of Low Key Records, home to Rose – a budding vocalist from the North West. Philanthropy has always been something close to his heart; he assisted a lady with legal support when she was assaulted by a couple at a traffic intersection.

His latest project, CrossOver Music, is a nine-track EP featuring Nhlanhla Nciza (from Mafikizolo), Zhao (an LA-based singer), rap superstar AKA and vocal powerhouse Indlovukazi, to mention a few. The EP fuses the loved Prince Kaybee sound with that which is currently taking over Europe and the US, highlighting the superstar’s global Dance Music ambitions.

Prince Kaybee has greatly impacted South Africa and parts of the continent; CrossOver Music is the beginning of global domination, as a result in 2020 he takes his sound to the world.
